This roundtable aimed to explore the challenges of children in migration from Ukraine and the role the Partnership can play in helping overcome these.

Representatives from different EU cities and regions, Eurocities and the European Commission shared their experiences and challenges. Some of the challenges highlighted included the guardianship and care of children, the lack of infrastructure to accommodate children, the lack of registration of some children which can hinder the provision of services, problems in the coordination between different actors, and the lack of reliable data. Participants also stressed the heightened risk of exploitation.
